1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using WarMap ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

WarMap provides real-time monitoring of global conflicts, military comparisons, country risk assessments, and geopolitical event tracking. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. Content Disclaimer

  • Conflict data is sourced from public feeds (GDELT, RSS) and processed by AI. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
  • Risk scores, threat assessments, and military comparisons are algorithmic estimates and should not be used for personal safety decisions.
  • The App is an informational tool, not a safety or emergency service.
  • We are not responsible for decisions made based on information provided by the App.

4. User Conduct

  • You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose.
  • You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • You may not use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App or its data.
  • You may not redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit content from the App without written permission.

5. Free & Pro Tiers

  • The App offers a free tier with daily usage limits on certain features (Compare, Country Risk, Daily Brief).
  • Users may watch rewarded advertisements to earn additional free access.
  • The Pro subscription unlocks unlimited access to all features.
  • Pro subscription pricing and billing are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, subject to their respective terms.
  • You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their refund policies.

6. Advertisements

The free tier of the App displays rewarded and interstitial advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the free tier, you consent to the display of these advertisements.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, and trademarks in the App are owned by WarMap or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WarMap and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
